Lindsay Godbout, M.Ed.
Reaching out for support is not always easy. However, on my own healing journey I have found that having a neutral, compassionate and safe person to explore my reality and emotions with has been extremely beneficial for my well-being and personal growth. I hope to provide you with that same experience and look forward to working with you.

Our work together explores the areas of your life that are impacting you and preventing you from living your most authentic and joyful life. My approach is to work collaboratively with you to uncover the source of your suffering and to guide you through self-discovery of your needs, to learn emotion regulation techniques, and to develop a healthy and compassionate relationship with the self. In a safe and judgement-free environment, I will support you in reclaiming your power to have more peaceful relationships with yourself and others, and experiencing enhanced well-being.

I use a trauma-informed integrated approach informed by Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Emotion Focused Therapy, Internal Family Systems Therapy, Mindfulness, Art and Psychodrama Therapy, and Somatic Embodiment practices.
