Free Consult Call
When it comes to therapy, it is important for you to find someone who is a right fit for you. This is why I provide a free optional 20 min consult call with you so that you have an opportunity to ask me any questions about the therapeutic process or my approach.
Individual Counselling Sessions
The cost per session is $130. Sessions are provided on a confidential Zoom platform. The first session is an intake session and can take 1.5-2 hours (no additional fee charged). Afterwards sessions are generally 50min in length.
The cost per session is $200. Sessions are provided on a confidential Zoom platform. The first session is done together, then I do an intake of each person individually (these sessions may take up to 1.5 hours). After the intake sessions, couples sessions are 50 min long.
